General provisions of the guarantee:
All medical devices sold on the Medical Shop platform are guaranteed by (the company, exclusive agent or merchant) except consumables and supplies of single or multiple use.
The warranty services provided by the seller do not fall under the responsibility of Medical Shop. This includes the availability of spare parts, the duration of the repair and/or the quality of the repair, and the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly in case of any complaint or inquiry for the service required.
To benefit from the warranty services, please make sure that the original invoice of the product is present in order to verify the serial number and validity of the warranty period (the warranty card is brought to the device if any).
The customer can get. Replacement product or refund of the purchase value after deducting the value of use and lost accessories if they are eligible within the rules and legislation of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.**
The life cycle of each product may vary and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized dealer for more details.
We apply the policy of certain service centers that may require you to pay a sum of money for products that have been classified outside the warranty and you have refused the price of repair
The warranty does not include damages resulting from accidents, misuse or misuse, spillage of liquids, or other external causes.
The customer must ensure that the product is packaged in the original carton or properly packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and Medical Shop will not be held responsible in the event of a breakage or damage to the product in this case and the product with the warranty raised will be returned to the customer without maintenance.
Receipt and delivery policy for the device:
The delivery service requires four to seven working days in which case it will not be counted from the repair period.
The customer can communicate with the warranty service providers directly to follow up on the status of the product or make claims to the warranty service provider directly , and all information will be provided to the service providers by representatives of the warranty department at Medical Shop.
Pick-up and delivery service is not considered within the repair time of the product.
** The value of use is calculated at 5% of the value of the product at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase so that the value does not exceed 80% of the value of the product.
Warranty Service Provider:
Product warranty and quality of manufacture are provided by the authorized service center and are subject to the manufacturer's policies and described in the product warranty manual or manufacturer's website. For warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the laws and regulations.
Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of Medical Shop, including the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service, and the customer must communicate directly with the authorized service center in case of any complaint or claim.
This warranty applies only to products purchased by you within the State of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the "State"). Products or parts replaced or repaired will only be shipped to addresses located within the country, and refunds will only be made in accounts located within the country.
In the event that the Customer refuses to receive the Product after completing the processing of the warranty request, the Product will be stored in the Agent's warehouse for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days and the Customer will not have the right to request the return of the Product after the expiry of this period.
CAUTION: Please always keep the original product box to ensure warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions of some service centers.

للضمان:
جميع الأجهزه الطبيه التي تباع على منصة ميديكال شوب مضمونة من (الشركة أو الوكيل الحصري أو التاجر) فيما عدا المستهلكات وال مستلزمات ذات الاستخدام لمره واحده أو عده مرات .
لا تقع خدمات الضمان التي يقدمها البائع تحت مسؤولية ميديكال شوب. وهذا يشمل مدى توافر قطع الغيار، مدة الإصلاح و/أو جودة الإصلاح, ويمكن للعميل التواصل مع مقدم خدمة الضمان مباشرة في حالة وجود أية شكوى أو استفسار لخدمة مطلوبة .
للاستفادة من خدمات الضمان يرجى التأكد من تواجد الفاتورة الأصلية للمنتج وذلك ليتم للتحقق من الرقم التسلسلي وسريان فترة الضمان (يتم احضار بطاقة الضمان للجهاز في حال تواجدها).
يمكن للعميل الحصول على. منتج بديل أو استرداد قيمة الشراء بعد استقطاع قيمة الاستخدام والملحقات المفقودة إذا كانت مؤهلة وذلك ضمن قواعد وتشريعات وزارة التجارة والصناعة.**
قد تختلف دورة العمر الافتراضي لكل منتج ويمكن للعميل مراجعة دليل المنتج أو التواصل مع الوكيل المعتمد لمزيد من التفاصيل.
نحن نُطبق سياسة بعض مراكز الخدمة التي قد تطلب منك دفع مبلغ مالي مقابل المنتجات التي تم تصنيفها خارج الضمان وقمت أنت برفض ثمن الإصلاح
الضمان لا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن الحوادث، أو سوء الاستخدام أو الاستخدام الخاطئ، أو إنسكاب السوائل، أو غيرها من الأسباب الخارجية.
على العميل أن يتأكد من أن المنتج تم تغليفه في الكرتونة الأصلية أو تم تغليفه بشكل سليم لتفادي أي ضرر خلال عملية الشحن, ولن تتحمل ميديكال شوب المسؤولية في حال حدوث كسر أو تلف للمنتج في هذه الحالة وسيتم ارجاع المنتج المرفوع الضمان له للعميل من غير صيانة.
سياسة الاستلام والتوصيل للجهاز:
تتطلب خدمة التوصيل من أربعة إلى سبعة أيام عمل وفي هذه الحالة لن يتم احتسابها من فترة الإصلاح.
يمكن للعميل التواصل مع مقدمي خدمة الضمان مباشرة لمتابعة حالة المنتج أو تقديم مطالبات لمقدم خدمة الضمان مباشرة , وسيتم توفير كافة المعلومات لمقدمي الخدمة وذلك عن طريق ممثلي قسم الضمان في ميديكال شوب.
خدمة الاستلام والتوصيل لا تعتبر من ضمن زمن الإصلاح للمنتج.
** يتم احتساب قيمة الاستخدام بنسبة 5% من قيمة المنتج وقت الشراء لكل شهر ابتداءا من تاريخ الشراء بحيث لا تزيد القيمة عن 80% من قيمة المنتج.
مقدم خدمة الضمان:
ضمان المنتج وجودة الصنع مقدّمه من مركز الخدمة المعتمد وهو خاضع لسياسات الشركة المصنّعة والموضحة في دليل الضمان الخاص بالمنتج أو الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالشركة المصنعة. للحصول على خدمات الضمان والصيانة، يمكن للعميل التواصل مع مقدم خدمة الضمان مباشرة للحصول على الخدمة المطلوبة وفقاً للأنظمة واللوائح.
خدمات الضمان والصيانة المقدمة من مركز الخدمة المعتمد لا تعتبر من مسؤولية ميديكال شوب ويشمل ذلك توافر قطع الغيار وزمن الإصلاح وجودة الخدمة وعلى العميل التواصل مباشرة مع مركز الخدمة المعتمد في حال وجود أي شكوى أو مطالبة.
لا يطبق هذا الضمان إلا على المنتجات التي تقوم بشرائها داخل دولة المملكه العربيه السعودية ("الدولة"). ولن يتم شحن المنتجات أو الأجزاء المستبدلة أو التي تم اصلاحها إلا إلى العناوين التي تقع داخل الدولة، ولن يتم رد المبالغ المدفوعة إلا في الحسابات الموجودة داخل الدولة فقط.
في حال رفض العميل إستلام المنتج بعد إكمال معالجة طلب الضمان سيتم تخزين المنتج في مستودع الوكيل لمدة أقصاها ثلاثون (30) يومًا تقويميًا ولن يكون للعميل الحق في طلب إرجاع المنتج بعد إنقضاء هذه المدة.
تنبيه: يرجى دائما الاحتفاظ بصندوق المنتج الأصلي لضمان الحصول على خدمة الضمان طبقا للشروط والأحكام الخاصه ببعض مراكز الصيانه.

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Medical Shop reserves the right to refuse a request to return any product/products returned by the customer in the event that the returned product/products do not meet the return conditions or directions (rejected product). The customer is not entitled to a refund if the request to return a product/products is rejected. When the product/products are considered rejected at any stage after being returned by Medical Shop, two attempts will be made to return the rejected product to the customer. In the event that the returned product is not received during those two attempts, the product will be kept for 3 working days only in the merchant's warehouses.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous substances, liquids or flammable gases.

To complete your return process , we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some cases where only partial refunds are granted: (if any)

* Any item that is not in its original state, damaged or parts that are missing for reasons not due to our fault.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your returns have been received and checked, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund is processed, and a balance will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.
Late or lost refunds (if any)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company , and it may take some time before the refund is officially published.

تستمر سياستنا في حاله أوضح التاجر قابليه المنتج للإرجاع أو إمكانيه إرجاعه لمدة 14 يوم كحد أقصى . إذا مر 14 يوم منذ عملية الشراء ، للأسف لا يمكننا أن نقدم لك استردادا أو استبدالا.
تحتفظ ميديكال شوب بحقها في رفض طلب استرجاع أي منتج/منتجات تم إرجاعها من قبل العميل في حال ان المنتج/المنتجات المرتجعه لا تستوفي شروط او توجيهات الارجاع (منتج مرفوض) . لا يحق للعميل استرجاع نقوده في حال تم رفض طلب ارجاع منتج/منتجات . عندما يعتبر المنتج/المنتجات مرفوضا في أي مرحله بعد الإرجاع عن طريق ميديكال شوب , سيتم المحاوله مرتان لإرجاع المنتج المرفوض للعميل . في حال لم يتم استلام المنتج المرتجع خلال تلك المحاولتين سيتم الاحتفاظ بالمنتج لمده 3 أيام عمل فقط في مستودعات التاجر .
لكي تكون مؤهلا للإرجاع ، يجب أن يكون العنصر الخاص بك غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمتها. يجب أن يكون أيضا في العبوة الأصلية. وموضح من قبل التاجر أنه مؤهل و يقبل الإرجاع .
يتم إعفاء عدة أنواع من البضائع من الإرجاع. لا يمكن إرجاع السلع القابلة للتلف مثل المواد الغذائية أو الزهور أو الصحف أو المجلات. أو المنتجات التي هي سلع حميمة أو صحية أو مواد خطرة أو سوائل أو غازات قابلة للاشتعال.
عناصر إضافية غير قابلة للإرجاع:
* منتجات البرمجيات للتحميل
* بعض مواد الرعاية الصحية والشخصية
لإكمال عملية الإرجاع الخاصة بك ، نطلب إيصالا أو دليلا على الشراء.

إذا تمت الموافقة عليك ، معالجة استرداد أموالك ، وسيتم تطبيق رصيد تلقائيا على بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بك أو طريقة الدفع الأصلية ، في غضون فترة معينة من الأيام.
